Okay! So I'm recommitting myself to a healthier weight me. I cheated over the weekend to get it out of my system and felt so sick--helps re-motivate. My 31st Birthday is coming up in 6 weeks and I told myself last year (before 30th Birthday) that I was going to be in the 150's before my 31st Birthday.
