Another small drop that I hope sticks. went to bed super early last night and again pretty low cal day. Tom still around. worried that in a few days my weight will spike up :-(
137.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 5.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
