I gave myself a little treat (cheesecake, mmmm), so I officially didn't hit my macros 100%, but I hit the important ones (protein, fat) and managed a very solid calorie deficit, so I am happy. Also, cheesecake!
Weight is good, waistline is good, and it's another sunny day. Today I will absolutely have to get outside while it's still warm.
