I really wish this went faster, but it doesnt. I am happy that I am losing at all! Diet Dr is very happy with weight loss. (because I am on Social Security (OLD) they help with the cost). He says "stay active" that is the most important thing for your health as you age.
worked out with a trainer today----we did tobattas ( intervals) lifted weights, and trotted around the gym. It is very embarrissing to trot around the gym at my weight! I also can't do the ab. lifts she wants me to do------embarrissed again. Oh well I am there because I am heavy and need to lose weight! It takes courage to go there!
the chart says I am losing 7 lbs a week, but I am not only 2 lbs a week. It has decided that I am 5'7", I am not--only 5'2" and it has given me more calories than I am supposed to have 1500--but I am having 1200 I cant figure out how to change it. I would also list my food but I cant figure out how to just list the food not all the nutritional break down
182.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week

I can't believe how ignorant and insensitive people can be! I know its easier said than done, but don't take their words to heart. Just remind yourself of the great progress you've made!

You can do it. I started at 200 and am 157 now. It does seem like it takes forever. Awesome that you are going to a trainer! I just work out in my basement. I have some phobia about gyms. I've paid for one a few years ago and went once. I still hate exercising and have to make myself do it like I'm a child!!
