I'm up a little in weight, but the waistline is steady, maybe even a little smaller. So I'm not concerned with the weight.

Yesterday was great for macros - dead-on with the fat and carbs, and I maxed out the protein! And I had a healthy calorie deficit without starving myself!
184.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 14.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
