I overslept today. Every time I do, I end up hungry all day long! Hence the extreme snacking....ARGH!!!
Tomorrow is a new day, everything will be better.
296.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 131.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
