WOW!. I am beyond happy this week. I guess sometimes all we need to do is hit the reset button, give myself a break and switch up the routine. learning a lot from my new gym experience... more isn't always better....

chest 40.5 ---> down
upper belly 34.5 ---> down
lower belly 40 --> down
hips 42 ---> same
thigh 23 --> same
calf 13.5 --> same
arm 12 --> same

183.8 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 33.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
