Carbs getting back in line, fat dropping back into a decent level, protein still too low, and the calorie surplus is not what I want. Nevertheless, the weight is steady. I am very happy that 4 straight days with a surplus hasn't caused a weight gain. I'm doing the right things to counteract that.
183.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
