Fledgist's Journal, 11 March 2011

I did 58 minutes in the gym yesterday, but no training. It turns out that my regular training session was cancelled because the monthly cycle was over. That sounds bogus to me, but I wasn't up to quarrelling at 20 to six in the evening, so I went home.

This morning, it looks as if I shot right past the 17 stone mark. Down to 16 stone 13 lbs and a few oz. On my way now to the 16 stone (224 lb) marker. I don't think I've weighed that since I was in my late 20s.
237.2 lb Lost so far: 99.8 lb.    Still to go: 69.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
