Okay, So I broke my promise to myself and I weighed myself this morning, I almost cried when I saw that I gained 2 pounds, Ive been eating extra healthy and working out every other day.It is so disappointing, I am not sure where these two pounds came from. Im working so hard and its been a week in a half and my weight is up???? I knew I shouldnt have weighed in, knew it. It couldnt be due to muscle build because all I do is the elliptical and some pilates. I just want to scream!!!!!!
266.8 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 96.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 16.8 lb a week

Keara, it's a marathon... not a sprint. Keep working the elliptical, Pilates and healthy eating and you WILL lose... I promise! :)
