I realize my weight loss is vanity weight. Anyway, I stopped tracking my food for two months and gained 7 pounds. So I’m back, this app seriously helps me.
140.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
