YESSSSSS. I have really worked hard this week. Taking a week off work helped as I could spend alot of time exercising but my food portions have been significantly got smaller and cutting out all that bad stuff. :) I'm getting so close to my target weigh. x
129.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
