Well, after getting back from TN, I had to leave for another week to direct VBS at my church. It was an absolutely incredible week, but I was WAY too busy to monitor what I was eating. I ate whatever was available whenever it was available. I think I was busy enough that I just actually used all the carbs I was eating. I don't know. Now we're pretty low on cash and eating nothing but protein, dairy, and produce can get pretty pricy so I may have to wait a while before starting back up again...we'll see what happens.
