I did not weigh lately. I'm not super focused on how much pounds I am losing, I am more focused on inches cause I want to fit back in my old clothes so I don't have to buy more. I am hoping to lose any where between 15-20 inches. It would feel so much better. I had done well watching my portions today. I did an hour of Taebo and I am glad I did. I feel a lot better when I do get a workout in. It make the day go better.
334.6 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 174.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
