I have been going to the gym since Sept 2013 and have only lost 22 lbs and 1 pant size. I want to loose more wt. I am going to try a loose carb diet. My doc. told me today that it was fine with him.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
