I ate a little late (trying to hit my protein target), and too many carbs. No deficit, so my weight is essentially flat. It will come off, eventually, and I'm not worried about it. I'm truly more focused on building muscle and losing fat. The weight loss is an interesting by-product.
183.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
