I lifted weights last night, and felt the need to get some protein in me before I went to bed. Thus, I am up a little today. No big deal. It will come off tomorrow, if I keep the carbs in line today. I should be pretty active today, so I will need some carbs for energy... I just need to keep away from the snacks.

I bought a cheap scale that does the BF calculation. I wanted the Tanita, but I ended up getting the low end Beuer, which got bad reviews. People think it doesn't work - it does, but it's not magic, and it's not high-end, and it's a bad interface. But it's fun for me, knowing the limitations of the technology. Fun to see what the scale thinks my fat percentage is, and compare with my calculations. I may need to get one of those calipers, too. They're cheap. It's just to feed my obsession with numbers, anyway. I don't put much stock in the numbers, except as they compare to each other. So, as long as my weight gets measured accurately, I will be happy with this scale. That is potentially the sticking point with this scale - some reviewers reported that the scale started going wacko after a few months of use. I'll have to watch out for that. But for $30 (US), you can't get much cheaper. My kind of deal.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
