原來中午不吃果真下降的快,撐過那飢餓期就不是那麼餓了,假日就是吃太多餐而且不能忍餓!
107.7 lb Lost so far: 2.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 7.0 lb a week
