OMGGGG. 9LBS in 4 days!!! what in the world!! speechless!

217.6 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb. Still to go: 82.6 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

heck yeah! you're doing something right, but absolutely don't worry if it shoots up a lil after. I've noticed big drops tend to go back up a lil before going back down again. Just a lil adjustment, not a step backwards 🎉
