down on the scale and in m thighs this week. trying to stay positive... a hella lot work for such a small return but baby steps ....slow and steady will win the race...right????

chest 41 ---> same
upper belly 35 ---> same
lower belly 41 same
hips 42.5 ---> same
thigh 23 --> down .5
calf 13.5 --> same
arm 12 --> same
187.6 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 37.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
