I would say a successful road trip. I didn't gain any weight, actually I'm the same as when I left, but I'm running out of time. I need to lose 6 pounds in the next 16 days. So I think I'm going to do what one person on here suggested and that is for the next 16 days I'm going to skip dinner. Maybe two squares a day is all we need anyway.

217.5 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 37.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's great that you did not gain on your road trip! My Buddy, I am concerned that eating no dinner is a drastic step to take! That means you have to get your protein and your fiber in only two meals! Take care.

I would suggest crash caloric intake over 4 or 5 meals instead. Drink water at a rate of 1/2 oz per pound of body weight. When you feel hungry, slowly drink an 8 oz glass of water first, then using a small fork or teaspoon spoon, slow eating.
