I was not good at all yesterday. I didn't exercise at all, I snacked too much (though I did curb the carb monster), I worked too late, didn't get enough sleep, and I didn't play with my daughter. Horrible, horrible day. But I lost weight. It was, of course, just minor fluid fluctuation after 2 days of carb-snacking had me all puffy. Waistline is down a millimeter or two from yesterday, but still not where it was a couple days ago.

If I can manage a calorie deficit today, I will slough off some more fluid and get back on track. I really need exercise. I already missed hoops this morning, which ticks me off, so I need the weight-lifting session from yesterday, and maybe a walk or bike ride (yes, it is 50F and sunny in Denver right now). And no carbs! (Well, not too many :))
184.1 lb Lost so far: 0.9 lb.    Still to go: 14.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
