Well, my carb-orific ways caught up with me! I am bloated with fluids (I can feel it), and I just feel blah. My waistline is up a bit, too. I need to be good today, and it will all seem like a bad dream come tomorrow. Also, lifting weights tonight!
184.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
