Good things happening! I hired a personal trainer for the next 30 days 3x a week just so I can get my form and breathing correct and hopefully after the 30 days it will stick because i won't be able to afford it afterwards lol. It is sooo worth it when it comes to your life and health.
More good news I had a complete checkup and I don't have breast cancer my leaky valve in my heart has somehow become minuscule. Not sure how that happened since it used to be a lot worse so i can't use that as an excuse anymore! YAY. lol... I also found out that I am severely low in vitamin D(dr. gave me 50,000 IU for the next 3 months)So I am praying that helps. Also I am hypothyroid with levels 4.9 so they gave me 60mg of Armour thyroid. I am hoping these two things will help with the weight loss especially the constant stomach bloating. So now I am learning about vitamin d since I never checked low for it but it seems to have a lot to do with weight problems. I am really happy to find reasons for possibly having a slower metabolism and maybe get a fix. I guess the worst news right now is that my Tryglycerides(part of the cholesterol panel) are high at 270 (thinking it was all the tea cookies and that one egg i have for breakfast) So now I have to totally restrict whole eggs and sugars and fats. Most likely the high tryglycerides are due to the low thyroid because that has happened in the past so once i get that regulated those numbers will look better. Just in the meantime I am going to cut out fats,sugar and carbs goodbye tea cookies. I will miss you.
172.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 17.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
