I am officially down seven pounds! Well, it would be considered six on here cause I did not put my weight in. I am getting closer to my precovid weight of 318lbs. Just 13lbs to go on that one.

331.0 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 171.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
