Not bad I am proud of my self. Only been tracking my weight;food;exercise for 4 days. I am not letting my self get ahead of my own progress so I am going to gym tomorrow or rather Tuesday the 11th to do swim aerobics
176.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
