Yesterday I had to guess on my dinner macros, and I ended up being way off. I assumed that a double burger at Village Inn would be comparable to a double burger at Wendy's - not the case at all, unless I'm just remembering wrong :). At any rate, I went way over on ALL macros, and of course, calories, though my active day offset much of that. End result is a weight gain today, as my body is still working on all that beef. Today, I will try to average out yesterday's macros so the averages will be reasonable. Shouldn't be too bad...
183.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
