Yesterday I ate "Well" at 102% of my calorie goal, slightly exceeded my protein goal, and did not meet all activity goals. 463 deficit // BF↑0.1% // barely missed Sleep Goal
153.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
