Soooo much happier with my results this week!!!. After last weeks little meltdown I decided to completely change up my routine at gym, started drink my shakes again and added wearing the metapatch - all of which definitely has made a difference!

down 4 pounds and 2 inches

chest 41 ---> down 1
upper belly 35.5 ---> down .5
lower belly 41
hips 43 ---> down. 5
thigh 24
calf 13.5
arm 12
187.4 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
