Enjoyed dinner out with friends and played cards until 1. Eating well, not enough sleep, drinking peach tea with no calorie sweeteners all had a part in my weight gain of about 2 lbs. It's ok. Ahead of me are more days to be more vigilant. One benefit was that I had no hunger at all today. I'm so close to weighing 178 now. 178 will move me from the BMI category of obese to Over weight. I am looking forward to that. J
182.2 lb Lost so far: 32.8 lb.    Still to go: 42.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
