I had a successful workout at the gym today. I did both arms and legs on the weights plus cardio and strength training on top of that. I did cheat a bit with pound cake and a small spoon of peanut butter, but I did try to work what I ate off. I know I like to keep it strictly what I eat for my meals but sometimes I would like a snack or two. I try not to eat snacks as much, and that is hard habit to kick along side saying no to bad foods. Well I will say this. I am officially married to the gym . That is like my new addiction. I love going to workout on the days I do get to go. I now try to say no to all the unhealthy foods such as my peanut butter balls I like to get sometimes or the Reese's pieces I like to buy in a sharing package. It's been a rollercoaster ride to get myself to get out of the lazy stage and get up to moving. But I enjoy it.
336.5 lb Lost so far: 11.3 lb.    Still to go: 176.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
