ugh, this is going so slowly, i need to be able to fit comfortably in my work clothes in three weeks… I'm not used to carrying extra weight. figured out the extra weight is from the SSRI I started on about 6 months ago, thats when i started to gain the weight, despite not changing my exercise or diet. Now I've cut my calories and I'm exercising and it's going so slowly, I think getting off the SSRI will help, so I'm weaning, good thing I don't need it anymore since I've been doing much better and my life is not so stressful as it was six months ago.
129.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
