Disappointed with scale, but I have done really well this week, so I'm not going to let it bother me. Muscle weighs more than fat, perhaps?!? Decided to set a goal: run 1/2 marathon in June! Added training to the calendar on my phone, so I know exactly what I need to do. Im a little concerned about how sore my shins are already, but will be better at slowing things down (walking!) as much as needed so I can keep training. Glad to be back on fat secret....
186.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
