Yesterday's blip is behind me, and I'm back where I probably should be. Actually, this is probably lower than my "true" weight, but it's closer than yesterday's weigh-in. My 7-day average is 183.8, the highest it's been in 10 days. My 28-day average, however, is 185.2, the lowest it's been in almost 6 months. So I have two trends working: overall, I'm losing weight; recently, I've had a little hiccup. To keep the first trend rolling, I need to correct the second. And this is a good start.

Yesterday was a very good day - I hit all 3 macro targets almost dead-on, and I got a pretty good deficit. Plus my cholesterol intake was super-low and sodium was low for me. If I keep that up, I will have to seriously consider publishing my new diet book: "LGLCHF: Half-ass Your Way to Half Your Ass!" My approach to the LCHF diet is to really not buy into it whole-heartedly - not that I disagree with the principles of the diet! I don't know enough about the science behind it (or any diet) to agree or disagree intelligently! But I do know, empirically, what works for me, and I will work that plan until it stops working. That's the key, I think, for most people. Figure out what works for you, and go with it. That's what I'm doing.
