UGH! I threw out my back and had a flood at my shop but what really bugs me is my weight. I don't know how I put weight on again. I didn't stray far from my eating healthy but did have 2 nights of pity chips and salsa party for 1. OK, time to dig into my healthy plan for life, not just my I want to wear a bathing suit this summer goals. Thank you supportive online community! :)
