OK I also need to record my measurements. Lets see Arm - 13 inches Bust - 43 inches Chest- 38 inches Waist - 38 inches Hips - 40 inches Thigh - 24 inches Calf - 16.5 OK There they are I hope that this will keep me honest, even if only to myself. I may retake both weight and measurements about every two weeks. I will also post what I eat, and exercise. I just need to find some app or item or program that I can keep track of calorie burn while doing normal activity and workouts other then the carido machines.
