Ive been really sick the last 3 days the the flu, coughing, sneezing the whole 9 yards so working out has come to a stop. I found myself on the couch clinging for dear life. After finally getting a good night sleep and chugging tons of cough syrup it seems the storm has cleared. I've still managed to eat well and now that I have sunshine in the forecast this weekend i am gonna make the most out of it and get outside for some awesome sunny workouts.
