I started my diet 2/3/14, and lost 14 pounds so far.. YES I just might do this after 5 years of trying..Only 26 pounds to go.
171.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Yes it does. I think it also helps me lose weight also. It does something to make you lose more weight then the average person. I LOVE THE TASTE. It is like a little sweet treat while dieting.
