I did 30 minutes on the assault bike and 20 mins treadmill today! First time working out in a while. Focusing on food is engaging my oppositional defiant side and leading to absurd binges. I am considering a 2800 cal high protein bulking diet so that I'll rebel and eat light. Cheers!
173.6 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 3.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
