I joined a HIIT class and I’ve completed my first week. I told the trainer I didn’t want to know my body fat percentage or real weight but I kind of saw the scale. 255lbs last Wednesday when I started. It was tough, still is. My legs are still sore. So far this week I’ve lost a total of 5lbs and I’m hoping for better results next week.
250.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's great! You finished the first week and then kept going, even with sore legs! That's a win :D That you lost 5lbs is a win too! I'm not sure what HIIT is.. but I'm going to look now and see if it's something I can do. Thanks for the inspiration!
