Today I will: Record EVERYTHING. If it is not in entered, it is not eaten. Drink 12 X 8 oz of water. That's 4 in the morning, 4 in the afternoon, 4 in the evening. Finish up by 9. Walk 30 minutes. Enjoy the snow. Wrap up and get outside. no excuses. Lights out at 10 pm. get up earlier tomorrow.
