Today I'm seeing some weight recovery. Yesterday I ate "Well" at 104% of my calorie goal, met my protein goal, and met all activity goals. 531 kcal deficit // BF↑0.5% // missed Sleep Goal
150.8 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks, Mellissa!!! I have been getting in bed early enough but have been binge-watching the Olympics. I pray we both rest well tonight.
