haven't actually updated the weight in a while, (was too depressed to) BUT now gyms are open, I am back in routine and today is a new day to start !!!

here is my new starting point!

189.4 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 39.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
