It is coming off sooo slowwww.. Patience is the biggest hurdle. Clearly diet alone will not do and walking just scratches the surface. I have to wait another week before i can really kick in the exercise hardcore. I have Mitral Vavle prolapse Regurgitation (leaky Valve)it's mild but i have to check it every year since certain exercises can make the valve leak a little more.So far it has stayed the same for the past 10 years. How I would give anything not to have that as an excuse. If you are reading this and have no heart problems, god bless you,I envy you and get off your ass and get moving YOU have NO excuse!! I keep wishing I would get it checked and the dr. will say it mysteriously disappeared. I swear if that happen I will be in the gym lifting weights EVERYDAY!! Just because I can! LOL
173.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
