Yesterday I had a good visit with my doctor and all is well. I ate under my calorie goal but I need to focus on eating more to maintain my weight. I met my protein goal and all activity goals. BF↓0.5% // missed Sleep Goal
149.2 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
