I got the backslide halted, for a moment at least, with a pretty massive deficit. I hit my macros very well, though I was a bit low on fat. I was extremely active, too, so my deficit was well earned. I think my weight is really lower than this weigh-in, as well - due to time constraints, I had an earlier weigh-in than usual, and wasn't able to rid myself of some extra, ahem, ballast. Tomorrow is shaping up to be a great day, if I handle my macros properly today. (Hint: foreshadowing :))
