I actually started the Plexus Slim Diet on February 25, 2014, but I could not get the date to change!
228.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

2273 kcal Fat: 103.51g | Prot: 81.10g | Carb: 246.97g.   Breakfast: Plexus Slim Plexus Slim, Yellow Mustard, Kraft American Cheese Slice, Oscar Mayer Deli Fresh Smoked Shaved Ham,  Toasted Mrs Baird's Whole Grain White Bread. Lunch: Sargento Sliced Pepper Jack Cheese, Chick-fil-A Lemonade (Small), Chick-fil-A Ketchup, Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich, Chick-fil-A Waffle Potato Fries (Small). Dinner: Kiolbassa Polish Style Smoked Sausage, Knorr Pasta Sides - Stroganoff, Nabisco Triscuit Cracked Pepper & Olive Oil Crackers, HEB Onion & Chive Cream Cheese Spread, Au Gatin Potatoes (Using Margarine). Snacks/Other: HEB Trail Mix - 0 to the Mega, Ozarka Bottled Spring Water (16.9 oz). more...
