When I look at the overall loss for this week I dropped 2.5 pounds. I need to step it up to loose 2 pounds a week through March to get back on track.
Thanks to everyone for supporting me.
220.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's nice to lose weight fast but it's even nicer to go at a pace that doesn't test your resilience :)

2 lbs a week is doable and yet this isn't a sprint. sometimes the body resists and then lets go of the weight. I admire your stick-to-it attitude. Supporting you in you journey. J

You can do this. My weight loss might take a year. Like Jovial said, two pounds a week is doable to get to your March goal. Good luck! :)
