inaccurate body fat percentage from body composition scale: 8.7 % (it's a "roller-coaster ride" with these body fat percentage readings lol.

inaccurate waist measurement: 81.5 cm

blood pressure and heart rate: from now on I'll only take this reading when I feel too tired because using that machine every single day is leaving my wrist feeling a little tender. I already have enough readings to serve as reference as "normality".

Thanks for accepting my buddy's request Mona O! :)

edit: today is weight training day! :)

edit: today was supposed to be weight training day but, as I started doing the pull ups and then the push ups, I was feeling tremendously weak and decided to delay the session since it was almost definitely going to be counter productive, with lower reps than last time at most exercises. I think I really need to start splitting the training into muscle groups so I have more control over the recovery period of each muscle group. That would mean that I would train for more days but it would also mean that each session would be shorter and also that each muscle group could have its own individual recovery period so that's almost definitely what I'll do. Doing all of these exercises in a row is very taxing and leaves me literally exhausted. All I have to do now is to work it out :)

edit: This is probably old news for many of you but it's the first time I'm reading about this. Pretty scary stuff! : http://www.huffingtonpost.com/jeffrey-smith/genetically-modified-soy_b_544575.html

I had just bought a flask of "Kikkoman" soy sauce and, so, that's why the concern. But I checked it out and it turns out that this brand "Kikkoman" has both GMO and non-GMO soy sauce due to difficulties in getting non-GMO these days (most of the soy beans these days are GMO). But the soy beans the brand uses in the production of its soy sauce in the Netherlands are non-GMO and this is where this specific flask was manufactured so I guess it's safe...
