Back on track after my indulgence couple of days and a good fast day yesterday, next weigh in Friday when I expect to be in the 115's
256.2 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

kilo's Bill, lol I seem to get close then for whatever reason bouncing away. This is the closest Ive got, and with no planned 'distractions' or socialising I expect to get there this week
